Joscelyn’s place was clean and cute, in a GREAT location. Walkable from Ponce City Market and all the local bars. We had a lot of fun shopping by day and hanging out at Dad’s at night. Would definitely stay here again for my next visit to ATL. My only tiny complaint would be that the place got very hot with the heat on. Thanks for a great stay!

This place is in a great location. Easy access to downtown, little five points & ponce city market. Walkable, lots of restaurants & stores near. The place was clean with your basic amenities & it’s wonderful for a weekend getaway!

I've stayed in this building several times and I have never had a bad experience. This unit was clean, smelled great when I walked in and even had some relaxing music playing as I entered, what a nice touch for a last night reservation.

My stay at The Rooney near Ponce City Market was truly wonderful! The location worked perfectly for me, surrounded by great restaurants and shops, just a few blocks from Ponce City Market, close to my bank (Chase), and less than 30 minutes from the airport. Super convenient! The place itself was amazing. It had a warm, welcoming feeling the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was peaceful, the building was quiet, and everything — from the living room to the kitchen and bathroom — was very clean. Plus, it was very affordable for such a great spot. The host, Austin, was incredibly nice and responsive. Because I booked online, I wasn’t able to see all the check-in instructions at first. But as soon as I reached out, Austin replied immediately and sent everything I needed. I highly recommend using the Airbnb app for the smoothest experience. Overall, I give this stay a top 20 rating! I will definitely return on my next trip to Atlanta!

I enjoyed my time in Atlanta, And Austin was a great host. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again, especially given the location – just a bit off the beaten path, but close enough to everything!

amazing host! Super friendly and very FAST with responding. We came into town to visit friends and family and absolutely LOVED how close the property is to ponce city market. Everything was amazing and just as described.

Joscelyn is a very attentive host! The place is very nice and tastefully decorated. My only complaint is the parking situation-if you are returning to the location any time between around 10:00am and 3:00pm Monday-Thursday you may have a hard time finding an open spot due to the shared lot with the dental facility. This was a bit frustrating but Joscelyn did have alternatives to offer.

Austin is very informative and outgoing. Check in was very easy, which makes a huge impact..Place was unique, pretty central location— especially loved the rooftop access/views.. love the cute details creating a nice aesthetic for the room.

Don’t hesitate just book! I really liked the loft! Reminded me of the small apartments in New York. I felt safe walking to the bank during the day. Lots of restaurants close by. I ordered doordash no issues with deliveries. Austin communicated with me the entire time and assisted me immediately when I needed a hand with something. Even with the dental office being downstairs there was no noise or issues. I felt safe there by myself as a woman. I also liked that there were cameras on my floor and in the lobby. the floors and walls are concrete so you may hear some noise but nothing unbearable. I slept peacefully all three days. I parked my rental car there all 3 days no issues. I took lyft to my 3 day conference so I didn’t drive much. Overall I would stay there again and appreciate the great hospitality!
