My son and I really enjoyed the place. It’s in a cool bohemian kinda neighborhood that has lots of good restaurants and is right near the greenway. The apartment and rooftop were also fun. Only kinda negative things I could maybe say is that the street in front of the place is really busy. You couldn’t hear it in the apartment but walking across it with my 5 year old was a little nerve wracking. The Atlanta people drive crazy. We loved the pizza and Spanish across the street though and Publix too. Also a bit of a hike to the Marta. Overall it matched the description though and any somewhat negative things are by far outweighed by positives. 5 stars and we hope to return!

I had a fantastic stay, the apartment was comfy, cozy and very clean. The location was perfect, extremely walkable to great restaurants, live music, bars and the beautiful beltline. Joscelyn, was very helpful and responsive and proactively reached out to ensure I enjoyed my stay.

The best thing about staying here (complex as a whole) is its consistency. That’s really all you can ask for; because they’re consistently cozy, convenient, and clean, in a great spot. I think it’s been one of the few complexes I’ve ever repeatedly stayed at, because you cannot beat the value, courtesy, and consistency of all the listings the hosts offer. 10/10, will definitely stay again.

Jared was incredibly accomodating, kind, and responsive. Truly could not have asked for more from a host. The apartment is so cute and is located around everything you need. Just a couple blocks walk from Ponce City Market! It's located in one of my favorite areas of the city, and the space looks exactly like photos. As soon as I walked in there was some calming yet welcoming music playing which I thought was a fabulous touch- especially after having driven a whole day. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to get upstairs to the rooftop seats (I was in the city for a very short time), but the balcony space right outside the room was the absolute cutest and was so relaxing. Loved everything about the space and would absolutely book with Jared again! :-)

I stayed here from July 21–25 and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—just steps from Ponce City Market, the BeltLine, and plenty of dining and entertainment. The studio was spotless, stylish and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like a private balcony and fast Wi‑Fi. Having a well‑equipped kitchen, in‑unit laundry and complimentary parking made the visit feel easy and home‑like. We loved unwinding on the shared rooftop deck with its beautiful city views. Check‑in via the smartlock was seamless and the host was responsive throughout. Overall, it’s the perfect base for exploring downtown Atlanta on foot—highly recommended!
